Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations across the business.
- Manage and track payments, vendor relationships, and financial workflows.
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes.
- Help oversee payroll funding and internal financial transfers.
- Maintain accurate financial records and operational documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve financial systems and processes.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
- Support audits, compliance, and operational finance projects as needed.
- Take ownership of special projects and operational problem-solving.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related roles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial systems.
- Reliable and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
- Strong follow-through and ownership mentality.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.
- Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally.
