About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable ROI
  • Lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and ownership stakeholders, aligning AI strategy with portfolio objectives
  • Develop executive-facing materials, including performance reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations, to communicate business impact and guide client decision-making
  • Create and present success stories to enable Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with data-backed client insights and case studies
  • Guide clients through implementation, aligning on business goals and ensuring quick time-to-value
  • Design repeatable strategies to support product rollout and long-term success across customer types
  • Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to continuously improve the platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in asset management (real estate preferred), consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environment
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise clients on business transformation initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for turning insights into strategic recommendations
  • Excited by emerging technology and passionate about the real-world impact of AI
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build playbooks and processes from scratch
  • Must thrive in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $175,000 ($147,500–$197,500 OTE)
