Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices and Ads Manager, serving as the regional resource for performance opportunities.
- Act as the technical contact for sales teams activating lower-funnel campaigns, including product, auction, and implementation guidance.
- Enable sellers to pitch performance products alongside campaign strategy at scale, especially performance-automation products.
- Analyze Ads Manager and/or client MSOT data to identify and strategize for performance opportunities.
- Support alpha and beta testing of pre-GA performance products.
- Distill complex processes and products into accessible guidance for less technical audiences.
- Lead or participate in global SME working groups supporting pre-GA products and technical integrations.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients, support adoption of new performance products, and create A/B testing learning agendas.
- Identify issues facing clients and advertisers and propose solutions involving systems, processes, or people.
- Adapt best practices for the supported market and communicate feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or ad operations.
- 3+ years of client-facing and hands-on experience with ad tech, ad operations, or campaign management platforms.
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience at a technology vendor, agency, or in-house client organization.
- Experience selling performance products or securing in-house adoption of performance products.
- Experience with tagging and tracking QA and support, including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales-facing work, and product or platform knowledge.
- Technical foundation in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits, including Conversion API.
- Expert knowledge of web analytics such as GA4, mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, and e-commerce strategies for retail businesses.
- Structured, detail-oriented problem solving and the ability to develop frameworks and understand technical details.
- Strong communication skills, including collaboration with engineers and sales teams and presentations to senior leaders.
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and deliver results with minimal direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- The role requires in-office or customer-facing collaboration, typically two days per week, within commuting distance of the Singapore City office.
