Senior In-House Travel Advisor
Manages high-touch VIP travel clients through the full sales and booking cycle, providing personalized destination and hotel recommendations while growing repeat business. The role also helps the advisor team adopt AI tools and requires substantial travel advising experience, VIP client service, and proven booking performance.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-touch VIP client accounts, managing the full sales cycle from inquiry through booking.
- Develop proposals and provide hotel and destination recommendations.
- Serve as a senior resource for complex client requests and share destination and product expertise.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive adoption of AI tools and solutions, including testing, implementation, documentation, and training.
- Support the Director of Travel Sales with VIP client coverage.
- Coordinate ground transportation, excursions, and special requests for VIP clients.
- Stay current on travel trends, hotel openings, and destination developments.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a travel advisor.
- Proven experience managing at least $1M in annual bookings.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Experience working directly with high-net-worth or VIP clients in a service or sales capacity.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required for this full-time role; sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Indicative compensation range of $90,000–$120,000 plus commission and equity. Final compensation depends on hiring level and experience.
