Enterprise Account Executive
Own full-cycle enterprise sales, closing $100K–$500K+ ACV agreements while building scalable outbound motions and sales playbooks. The role requires 5+ years of closing experience, including 2+ years in enterprise sales, strong executive presence, and comfort navigating complex buying committees.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact through signed contract.
- Close enterprise agreements ranging from $100K to multiple six figures in annual contract value.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise buying committees.
- Source pipeline and build scalable outbound sales motions.
- Develop sales playbooks and contribute to go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with founders and GTM leadership on deals and sales strategy.
- Travel to conferences and customer on-sites when helpful for accelerating or closing deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total closing experience.
- 2+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Track record of sourcing pipeline and managing full-cycle enterprise deals.
- Experience designing or building sales playbooks.
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex buying committees.
- High ownership and comfort working in ambiguity.
Nice-to-haves
- Startup, founder, or high-growth experience, especially at Series A–B companies.
- Experience selling to sales or revenue organizations.
- Familiarity with AI or sales technology categories.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: $320,000–$360,000, plus quarterly accelerators and cash bonuses.
- Equity: 0.05%–0.1%.
