Develop and operate cloud control-plane and data-plane services for a managed real-time analytics platform, including Kubernetes workloads across major cloud providers. The role requires strong distributed-systems experience, Go or Java proficiency, and the ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of features for cloud control-plane and data-plane platform services, from ideation through production launch.
- Manage substantial Kubernetes workloads across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to deliver scalable customer solutions.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience solving distributed-systems problems at scale.
- Experience with Go or Java; Go is preferred but not required.
- Experience building cloud-based deployments.
- Working knowledge of container orchestration and infrastructure as code, including Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Curiosity, positivity, resilience, and a constructive problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort developing with AI tools and integrating AI into engineering processes.
