- Set the direction of the team, anticipate strategic and scaling challenges, and create actionable plans to address them.
- Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams to shape the product.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of software architectures.
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading small and mid-sized development teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong programming skills and a track record of improving code structure and architecture for testability and maintainability.
- Strong project management skills, product ownership, customer-centricity, and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on development experience with Python, Django, MongoDB, React, and AWS is a plus.
