Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel led motion
- Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 USD
Salary dependent on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Includes commission/incentive plan, health/dental/vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays/time off, fertility benefit, 401(k), and equity.
