Responsibilities
- Drive to 5-10 company headquarters per day in your local area.
- Walk into buildings cold, talk past the front desk, and secure meetings with executives.
- Book follow-up meetings for founders.
- Conduct research, phone/email follow-ups.
- Log all progress (conversations, locations visited, person details) in CRM daily.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a professional environment.
- Infectious charisma and professional presence with senior executives.
- High EQ and ability to think in second-order effects.
- Able to be in the field minimum 3 days a week.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- 21 or older.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Comfortable walking into buildings cold and talking your way into executive meetings.
- Disciplined about logging activity in CRM.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in software sales, investment banking, private equity, VC, consulting, or tech.
- Experience in distribution, supply chain, defense, or similar fields.
- Data analysis or programming skills.
Compensation
- Base pay: local minimum wage.
- $1,000 for every qualified decision-maker (C-suite, SVP, VP) meeting booked and held (uncapped).
- $500 for manager/director meetings that ladder up to a held decision-maker meeting.
- Additional $500 if a deal closes through your contact.
- Two decision-maker meetings per week: ~$135,000/year.
- One meeting per field day (team rate): ~$250,000/year.
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; company card for approved expenses.
- Pay is results-based, not hourly.
