About the job
The Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Sales Revenue team and serve as the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a sharp operator who lives at the intersection of revenue strategy, execution and on-demand success tracking. You'll own the data reporting systems, analytics, and processes that enable our sales teams to work smarter, move faster, and win bigger. As Tixr pursues aggressive global growth, you'll be instrumental in building the infrastructure that scales with us.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (CRM, reporting, forecasting, enablement, BI) to ensure clean data, consistent definitions, and real-time pipeline visibility
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflow automations across the sales cycle — lead routing, follow-ups, renewals — to reduce manual work and increase rep productivity
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to build and maintain forecasting models, quota and attainment analysis, and compensation plan tracking
- Build dashboards and distill vital information that give leaders a clear view of funnel health, rep performance, win/loss drivers, and expansion revenue
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the sales process — from lead handoffs to contracting workflows, renewals, and post-sale transitions
- Create AI driven automation systems that deliver consistent new lead generation and deal opportunities for sales teams, by vertical and geo
- Maximize modern marketing systems and insure Tixr is receiving highest levels if legitimate in-bound new business opportunities.
- Run deal operations for complex enterprise and cross-border deals, including pricing governance, approvals, custom terms, and competitive guidance
- Own sales onboarding operations and enablement infrastructure so new reps ramp faster and best practices stick across a growing team
- Deliver executive-ready insights on revenue performance, market opportunity, and strategic initiatives for leadership and investors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
- 3–5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- Deep CRM proficiency (HubSpot) and BI tooling
- Familiarity and proficiency with revenue automation and latest AI sales tools
Who You Are
- A systems thinker with an obsession for clean data and efficient pipeline
- Equally comfortable in the weeds of a deal desk and presenting to the C-suite
- Energized by building in motion — you thrive in ambiguity and move fast without breaking things
- Passionate about live events and what it means to scale a category-defining commerce platform
- A proactive solutions architect who appreciates working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
The Perks
- Paid Health Benefits ($0 Premiums)
- Dental, Vision, Life plans
- Open Vacation
- 401k (50% match up to 3%)
- Paid Equipment
- Education Stipend
- Paid Holidays & Birthdays Off
