Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

Responsibilities

Identify and Frame Value

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
• Undertake value assessments or proof-of-value projects.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-enhancement opportunities.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.
• Partner with Celonis Sales Teams, Services, and ecosystem partners to deliver measurable customer impact.
• Manage project scopes, expectations, timelines, and multiple projects across aligned accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, business-process improvement, and software deployment.
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software/SaaS, or a comparable enterprise analytics role.
• Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and/or building dashboards, applications, and action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying business-process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in one or more industries, ideally Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
• Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German proficiency, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
