Responsibilities
Prioritize and resource creative projects in coordination with Brand Operations teammates.
Review incoming creative briefs and lead project kick-offs, clearly defining goals, scope, and expectations.
Develop and manage production schedules in Jira, collaborating with creative, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
Support vendor management, including procurement, onboarding, project assignments, and scheduling.
Own quality control through delivery, ensuring all final deliverables meet required file specifications, are properly documented and stored.
Provide project management support for the video production team.
Contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative/marketing team or agency.
Degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field.
Proven ability to understand and translate marketing needs into actionable creative project plans.
Hands-on experience with tech tools including project management platforms (e.g. Jira), design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Glean).
Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
