About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and resource creative projects in coordination with Brand Operations teammates.
  • Review incoming creative briefs and lead project kick-offs, clearly defining goals, scope, and expectations.
  • Develop and manage production schedules in Jira, collaborating with creative, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Support vendor management, including procurement, onboarding, project assignments, and scheduling.
  • Own quality control through delivery, ensuring all final deliverables meet required file specifications, are properly documented and stored.
  • Provide project management support for the video production team.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative/marketing team or agency.
  • Degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate marketing needs into actionable creative project plans.
  • Hands-on experience with tech tools including project management platforms (e.g. Jira), design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Glean).
  • Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
