Manage end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns at Betterment, coordinating briefs, schedules in Jira, vendors, and quality control across brand, product marketing, and compliance teams. Requires 3+ years PM experience in creative/marketing, familiarity with design and AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and resource creative projects in coordination with Brand Operations teammates.
- Review incoming creative briefs and lead project kick-offs, clearly defining goals, scope, and expectations.
- Develop and manage production schedules in Jira, collaborating with creative, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
- Support vendor management, including procurement, onboarding, project assignments, and scheduling.
- Own quality control through delivery, ensuring all final deliverables meet required file specifications, are properly documented and stored.
- Provide project management support for the video production team.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative/marketing team or agency.
- Degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to understand and translate marketing needs into actionable creative project plans.
- Hands-on experience with tech tools including project management platforms (e.g. Jira), design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Glean).
- Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
