- Design, build, and ship product features from end to end, many built on LLMs.
- Optimize ranking of profile results.
- Add new filters or data sources to search engine.
- Delight users in first 5 minutes of signing up.
- Recent projects: fine-tuning models to extract insights from profiles, building feedback loops for search queries.

- Built something from scratch (startup, project, or feature).
- Enjoy working hard and owning projects.
- Hands-on, move fast, learn by building.
- Shown excellence in education, work, projects, etc.
- Take asymmetric bets.
- Some experience with core stack: Next.js, AWS, etc.
