Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Design experience overseeing multiple work streams
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex, data-heavy applications
- Demonstrated leadership that improves both team performance and product quality, while remaining hands-on as a designer
- Experience shipping products known for high-craft and ambitious designs
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-first design and high-fidelity prototypes
- Expertise evolving design systems with AI-centric approaches to accelerate collaboration and shipping speed
