Responsibilities
- Own client portfolios end-to-end across Data OS and Insight OS — managing onboarding, success, and growth.
- Translate customer structured finance needs into engineering specs, write requirements, review outputs, and validate dashboards/data pipelines.
- Lead data quality assessments on loan tapes and deliverables, identifying anomalies and gaps.
- Supervise offshore implementation resources, set priorities, and ensure delivery standards.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows for data quality checks, metric design, and schema mapping.
- Contribute to product priorities, onboarding playbooks, sector templates, and process documentation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in private credit, asset-backed lending, or structured finance with hands-on work with loan tapes, servicer reports, borrowing base certificates, or compliance packages.
- Demonstrated client management experience owning relationships and resolving issues.
- Strong analytical skills: expert Excel; comfort with SQL, Python, data pipelines, BI tools (Metabase, Tableau).
- Experience writing technical specifications, field mappings, data dictionaries, or acceptance criteria.
- Comfort with AI/LLM tooling, prompt engineering, or AI copilot tools.
- Team supervision experience with junior analysts or offshore teams.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience across multiple asset classes (consumer, auto, fund finance, CRE).
Compensation
$140,000 - $160,000 dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
