Director of Sales, Americas
Leads the Americas sales organization, owning regional revenue, pipeline, major enterprise deals, expansion, and renewals. Requires 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, frontline management experience, and fluency in AI infrastructure and technical buyer needs.

Responsibilities
- Own the Americas revenue target and pipeline across new business, expansion, and renewals; maintain executive-grade forecasting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a combined Account Executive and Account Manager team through deal and account reviews.
- Participate hands-on in major opportunities, including multi-year GPU capacity commitments, executive engagement, and master service agreement negotiations with Legal and Finance.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to convert product-led signups, target accounts, and inbound demand into qualified pipeline.
- Establish rigor around account expansion and renewals.
- Build the Americas go-to-market plan, including segmentation, territories, target accounts, hiring, onboarding, playbooks, and operating cadence.
- Bring competitive and customer insights to Product and Marketing.
- Apply AI across sales workflows, including prospecting and forecasting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, including 3+ years as a frontline manager accountable for a team’s number.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience owning revenue beyond new business, including expansion and renewals.
- Ability to sell to technical buyers such as ML engineers and data scientists, as well as executive and economic buyers.
- Credible fluency in the AI and machine learning stack, including training versus inference.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including multi-year agreements and master service agreements.
- Strong CRM, sales enablement, and forecasting discipline.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment building sales playbooks.
- Self-direction to lead a remote team in a Slack-first, asynchronous culture.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling infrastructure or consumption- or usage-based products.
- Experience selling GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, MLOps, or cloud computing.
- Experience leading combined new-business and account-management motions.
- Experience running sales on top of a self-serve or product-led funnel.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 USD, comprising base salary and commission. The base range will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location.
