Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global, multi-level executive assistant team, including Executive Assistants, Senior EAs, Team Leads, and Managers.
- Define the long-term vision and operating model for the Executive Support function.
- Drive headcount planning, resource allocation, and organizational design as the company scales.
- Develop and maintain policies, playbooks, and documentation to standardize high-quality support for executive stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce organizational friction.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex, high-stakes, or sensitive executive support needs.
- Handle confidential executive and organizational information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders to align EA operations with company-wide policies and systems.
- Travel to global offices and company conferences as needed.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in executive or administrative support.
- At least 4+ years of people management experience leading other managers.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale an executive assistant organization.
- Deep knowledge of executive support workflows, including complex calendar management, travel logistics, budget oversight, and event execution.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Workday, Navan, and related enterprise tools.
- Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive executive and organizational information.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to earn trust with C-suite leaders and build cross-functional alignment.
- Systems-oriented approach to identifying inefficiencies and driving solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $200,000-$240,000 USD.
