What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Founder Services and Platform teams, including leading the people, setting priorities, and maintaining standards.
  • Organize and direct resources across talent, go-to-market, marketing, events, content, and customer introductions to ensure they reach founders effectively.
  • Help founders win by meeting them at any stage (pre-seed through Series B) and providing support in areas such as recruiting, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, narrative development, or media coverage.
  • Build the playbook by partnering to shape founder support programs and turning them into repeatable, high-quality deliverables.
  • Set the standard for genuine value-add in venture capital, focusing on substance over theater.

Who You Are

  • Proven operator with a track record of success in startups, ideally as a CEO or COO with deep experience in enterprise software.
  • Experience building and scaling companies, with the ability to distinguish traction from noise.
  • Built go-to-market and recruiting motions from the ground up, with the credibility to coach founders effectively.
  • Genuine joy in helping founders succeed, with the standing to challenge them constructively.
  • Strong leader who can own execution, raise team performance, and bring high standards paired with high empathy.
  • Brings calm, structured thinking to messy problems, with a deep care for truth, clarity, long-term company building, integrity, and doing the right thing.
