Responsibilities
- Adapt and execute global sell-with and sell-through playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings across EMEA.
- Build and lead an acquisition engine helping AI-native companies access high-performance infrastructure.
- Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and system integrators to launch industry-specific solutions on Crusoe Cloud.
- Collaborate with Sales to map partner portfolios into target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as the regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, providing local feedback to refine frameworks and playbooks.
- Identify and certify regional partners to expand market reach and streamline sales and delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth and revenue impact.
- Co-design global playbooks with US-based leadership while owning tactical execution across regional hubs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystems, or go-to-market execution, specifically in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML.
- Proven experience navigating business cultures and partner ecosystems across Europe and the Middle East to deliver revenue.
- Demonstrated success building startup or channel programs that produced measurable pipeline growth and bookings.
- Deep fluency in sell-with and sell-through motions, with the ability to create repeatable, scalable plays.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to identify high-signal opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Experience with companies building on high-performance GPU infrastructure.
- Relationships within venture capital or startup accelerator communities in London, Paris, or Tel Aviv.
- Proficiency in one or more European languages.
