Own Hallow’s financial model, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and strategic finance work while partnering directly with the CFO and executive team. Requires a finance or accounting bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong three-statement modeling skills.

Responsibilities
- Own the long-term three-statement monthly operating model, forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Explain variances between actual results and projections.
- Prepare materials for Board reporting and executive team reviews.
- Lead annual and quarterly budgeting with department heads and the executive team.
- Partner with accounting on monthly company, segment, and budget-owner budget-to-actual reviews.
- Own the monthly customer cohort model and conduct weekly and monthly financial KPI reviews.
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help transform finance processes through AI-native tools and automated financial planning and analysis.
- Support partnership and financing opportunities, due diligence, and pro forma business cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, associate, or equivalent experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Experience building three-statement financial projection models and scenario models.
- Familiarity with consumer subscription or enterprise SaaS revenue and expense recognition principles.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce efficient and auditable analyses, exercise sound judgment, and communicate financial conclusions clearly.

- Experience with automated financial planning.
- Experience leading KPI reviews.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000-$150,000 USD per year.
