Responsibilities
- Own revenue and operating expense models that set goals and measure business performance.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems for strategic finance.
- Assess strategic priorities and quantitatively validate initiatives based on revenue impact and ROI.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for go-to-market tactics, product features and experiments, budget allocations, board and investor materials, and cross-functional roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, and other cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly strategic planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience; investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or business operations experience preferred.
- Experience driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
- Experience building an AI model, workflow, or automated analysis.
- Expert-level financial modeling ability and the ability to translate complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
- Ability to identify problems proactively and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Strong bias for action, ownership, resilience, and urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with consumption-based business models.
- Experience with Adaptive, Claude, Lovable, Salesforce, BI tools such as Omni, and SQL.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $128,000–$173,000 USD for San Francisco, CA.
