Senior Product Manager – Platform Services
Owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of foundational platform capabilities, including APIs and shared services, for internal product teams and healthcare customers. Requires 5+ years of software product management experience, technical depth in modern SaaS platforms, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for platform product areas, aligned with company strategy and strategic outcomes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer and user needs and pain points.
- Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis, sound judgment, business cases, and quantified ROI.
- Collaborate with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and product managers using Agile processes and Design Thinking.
- Partner with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success on product launches and releases.
- Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create customer value.
- Participate in industry events and lead customer- and partner-facing engagements as a product expert.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape.
- Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software product management experience, including building platform services, shared APIs, or developer-facing capabilities.
- Strong technical foundation, including APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
- Proven track record managing products and driving innovation.
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude for research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices.
- Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.

- Familiarity with Design Thinking.
Compensation and Benefits
- Canada base salary: $133,200–$148,000, plus bonus and benefits.
