Responsibilities
- Develop clear success and value-realization plans, manage champions, and align stakeholders to deliver customer business outcomes.
- Navigate multiple departments within organizations to expand use cases and Pigment's business value, driving ARR and reducing risk across the portfolio.
- Oversee customer implementations of Pigment, ensuring customers understand the platform's value and achieve high adoption.
- Deliver presentations, provide recommendations on best practices, and structure creative solutions to optimize engagement.
- Lead the development of the Pigment community through thought leadership, events, and best-practice development.
- Develop deep product expertise and collaborate closely with the product team on product vision and roadmap.
Requirements
- Significant experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a software or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage Corporate and Enterprise accounts, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.
- Experience with AI customer-engagement strategies, automation technologies, and platforms.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to own revenue for a book of business, including renewals and expansion.
- Curiosity about new technology adoption and enthusiasm for best-in-class products.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and uncover growth and risk-mitigation opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and strategic approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
