Field Marketing Manager, Onsites

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize BioRender’s onsite and field marketing strategy — driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender’s brand and mission.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand.
  • Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing — ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment.
  • Proven success executing and optimizing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage and execute against fast-paced timelines and across several cross-functional collaborators.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors.
  • A passion for creating exceptional in-person experiences that inspire and engage audiences.
