Responsibilities
- Drive critical operational processes for robotics data creation.
- Improve existing processes and tools globally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
- Create feedback loops between frontline teams, product, strategy, and customers.
- Build, maintain, and regularly communicate detailed reporting for company leaders.
- Run pilots, tests, and experiments, then hand over new designs to operations teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and other teams.
Requirements
- Industry experience in supply chain, financial planning, operations, and/or a top-tier consulting firm.
- Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy major such as Engineering or Economics, and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
- Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving processes.
- Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving and strong execution.
- Analytical, planning, and process-improvement capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience reading SQL and/or another database language.
- Experience with Python and/or Mode Notepad scripting.
