Responsibilities
- Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware, from sourcing and requisition approvals through purchase order execution and final delivery.
- Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate approval cycles, and ensure seamless operations.
- Use Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor supply chain performance, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee hardware warranty entitlements and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure across a multi-vendor ecosystem.
- Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting, validate technical specifications, and ensure process compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in the energy sector or a critical infrastructure environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains, driving vendor onboarding, and implementing continuous process improvements.
- High proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.

- Compensation of $90,000–$105,000 plus bonus.
