About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape the story: contribute to product marketing, craft positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for Oso’s products.
  • Execute demand gen engine: design and run campaigns to drive qualified leads through multi-channel strategies.
  • Educate and inspire: create compelling messaging, content, and thought leadership on authorization for developers.
  • Accelerate adoption: optimize landing pages, nurture campaigns, and onboarding flows.
  • Optimize for growth: experiment with copy, channels, and strategies to scale performance.

Requirements

  • Technical enough to understand developer tools and engage technical audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into concise, punchy writing.
  • Owned demand generation and/or product marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally targeting developers.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel and scalable campaigns.
  • Experience experimenting, tracking metrics, and optimizing for results (focus on outcomes over vanity metrics).
  • Builder mindset: comfortable in ambiguity, defining own playbook.

Compensation

  • Starting salary: $100,000-$200,000/year plus equity.
