Systems Admin Engineer II
Provides L2 IT administration, troubleshooting, documentation, remote support, and on-call incident response for dental practices. Requires at least 3 years of IT experience and familiarity with networking, Windows infrastructure, cloud systems, and endpoint administration.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripherals, network, server, workstation, and cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Create documentation to help fulfillment and customer experience teams provision and troubleshoot customer hardware and software.
- Provide remote and end-user technical support.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
- Provide on-site office support two to three days per week, with additional support as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional IT experience.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Intune, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-haves
- IT support experience in the dental or medical field.
- Experience with 3Shape, iTero, Alliedstar, or Medit.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP certification.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Asset management experience.
- Experience with BetterCloud, Zapier, or similar automation systems.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customers in Europe and Asia.
