Solutions Consultant Manager, Enterprise

Leads a regional team of Solutions Consultants, owning commercial performance across acquisition, expansion, adoption, and renewals. The role requires quota-carrying technical sales experience, frontline management and coaching skills, and native or bilingual Japanese with business-level English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the team’s commercial performance across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes.
  • Coach Solutions Consultants on workflow diagnosis, current-to-future architecture, live Notion builds, value narratives, adoption hand-offs, and full-cycle execution.
  • Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews, and forecast calls.
  • Hire, onboard, certify, and manage the performance of new Solutions Consultants.
  • Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards.
  • Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy.
  • Represent the team or region in leadership forums and communicate execution opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales.
  • Frontline sales management experience, including operating cadence, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong coaching skills, including the ability to give specific feedback on demos and deal reviews.
  • Ability to assess pipeline health, identify risks, and drive team urgency.
  • Strong interest in the evolving AI landscape and willingness to use AI tools.
  • Native or bilingual Japanese fluency and business-level English proficiency in speaking, listening, and reading.

  • Experience selling or managing in a consumption- or usage-based business.
  • Experience building high-performing regional teams through hiring, onboarding, certification, and performance management.
  • Experience with shared account ownership models and SC/CSA hand-offs.
