Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational management of enterprise hotel group partners across global markets.
- Coordinate onboarding and rollout of new hotel groups and properties onto Airbnb.
- Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve processes; recommend solutions.
- Manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ownership, communication, and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve hotel partner experiences.
- Support portfolio-level supply optimization and platform education initiatives.
- Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, track performance, and inform operational decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
- Own problems through resolution, escalating appropriately while proposing solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account operations, partner operations, sales operations, customer success operations, enterprise account support, or a related operational role.
- Experience creating, improving, or scaling processes and workflows.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving processes.
- Strong ownership mindset and confidence making recommendations and challenging existing approaches constructively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a practical, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to adapt.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SQL or other data tools.
Compensation
- United Kingdom annual base pay: £60,000–£70,000 GBP.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
