GTM Integration Engineer III

Leads enterprise CRM and marketing-automation integrations, consulting with executive stakeholders, resolving complex technical issues, and mentoring implementation teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations of ZoomInfo customer-facing solutions and provide expert guidance during deployment.
  • Design and support integrations across CRM and marketing automation environments, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
  • Consult with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders on implementation strategy, optimization, scalability, and enterprise process design.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and platform issues; conduct root-cause analyses and develop preventive measures.
  • Document and escalate product defects and enhancement opportunities with technical specifications and business impact assessments.
  • Mentor implementation managers and provide technical leadership to Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Lead technical discussions involving email protocols, OAuth/SSO, data transformations, CRM workflows, automation frameworks, and integration patterns.
  • Improve implementation processes, tools, and client experiences while tracking emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, marketing automation implementation, and/or sales acceleration platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Deep proficiency across multiple platforms and the ability to architect complex, multi-system integrations.
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships, leading technical discovery sessions and workshops, and providing consultative guidance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, systems thinking, analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members, leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing without authority, and building stakeholder consensus.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Familiarity with data governance, SOC 2, GDPR, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect, Eloqua Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certification.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000–$93,000, plus annual bonus and benefits.
