Sr. GTM Marketing
Senior GTM Marketing Manager creating assets, campaigns, content, and AI workflows to support complex public-sector identity sales. Requires 5+ years in technical markets, strong technical storytelling, hands-on Figma/AI tool fluency, and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Turn strategy into assets, campaigns, customer intelligence, and AI-enabled marketing systems to advance complex public-sector sales conversations.
- Work across positioning, content, web copy, sales collateral, account-specific narratives, campaigns, events, technical writing, video and explainer content, and marketing operations.
- Identify needs from strategy and create the first useful versions of required materials.
- Collaborate directly with Head of Marketing, sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
- Operate at the intersection of marketing, GTM strategy, customer intelligence, and sales enablement (e.g., turning account plans into briefings, rewriting landing pages, producing whitepapers, packaging demos, building event campaigns, creating AI workflows).
- Build credibility, sharpen stories, produce reusable assets, support trust-building events, and identify strongest opportunities in a relationship-led, long-cycle, event-heavy market.
- Define modern AI-augmented marketing for technical, strategic, cross-functional impact on revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience marketing in infrastructure, government, fintech, identity, developer tools, enterprise software, or another complex technical market.
- Portfolio of shipped GTM work across formats including positioning, sales collateral, web copy, campaigns, content, events, technical explainers, or customer narratives.
- Exceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills for technical, policy, or complex product concepts.
- Comfort working directly with sales, product, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on fluency with Figma and Claude Code (or equivalent AI-enabled production tools).
- High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate with limited structure.
- Can take ambiguous business problems, form a point of view, create initial versions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Work independently without waiting for perfect briefs or detailed instructions.
- Adept with multiple AI tools and have built AI-enabled workflows from scratch.
- Use AI to fundamentally change workflows and ship what used to require teams.
- Experience across the full GTM surface area: positioning, content, campaigns, sales collateral, website copy, events, technical storytelling, customer-facing assets.
- View content, product marketing, design, campaigns, enablement, and operations as an integrated GTM system.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts, ask sharp questions, and translate into clear narratives for buyers, partners, and internal teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Mission alignment with individual data ownership, control, and agency over personal data.
- Experience in public-sector sales cycles, policy context, and long-term category creation.
- Background in complex infrastructure or technical buyer environments rather than consumer/PLG/high-volume SaaS.
