Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Architecture, Strategy & Champion Building
Own overarching technical relationship with top-tier Global/GEO partners (GSIs and SPs) to align on repeatable global GTM strategies.
Accelerate partners' global technical capabilities, enabling enterprise architects to lead discovery and scale architectures focused on AI and Cloudflare One (CF1).
Own and drive end-to-end Technical Account Plans (TAP) for strategic Global GSIs and SPs, mapping business initiatives to technical milestones for CF1 and AI adoption.
Identify, enable, and cultivate executive-level technical champions, practice leads within partner organizations to generate Partner-Influenced Opportunities (PIO) and deliver professional services around Zero Trust and AI application security.
Collaborate with sales teams to source, qualify, and expand PIO through strategic architectural alignment and creation of Repeatable Reference Architectures for migrating legacy networks to CF1 and integrating secure AI solutions.
Enable partners' technical validation, PoC, demo, pipeline generation for high-value global deals; deliver solution architecture sessions.
Own Accelerated Services Delivery (ASD) partner journey at GEO/Global level to build scalable capabilities for deploying, managing, and supporting Cloudflare platform and enterprise AI workloads.
Build, co-develop, and publish joint services catalogues and repeatable reference offerings with partners to accelerate their Cloudflare-focused managed services practices, managed CF1 SASE offerings, and enterprise AI security assessments.
Enable GSIs and SPs to embed CF1 and Workers AI into their managed security portfolios to shorten time-to-market and maximize profitability.
Act as escalated principal technical point of contact for long-term architectural health, using telemetry for proactive CF1 and AI optimization.
Automation & Continuous Innovation
Champion use of Cloudflare OS and AI tools (Agent PAT and Agent Echo) to automate technical tasks and optimize efficiency.
Engage partner champions in Partner Technical Advisory Council (PTAC) for early beta access, capture enterprise feedback, and drive co-innovation on CF1 and AI products.
Participate in cross-training and steering programs for proficiency in pre-sales and post-sales across Cloudflare One and AI ecosystem.
Required Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g., Enterprise Solutions Architect, Principal Systems Engineer, or Technical Account Lead) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
Proven track record directly managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) or major Service Providers (SPs).
Deep architectural expertise in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
Hands-on familiarity with global AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
Proven track record of developing enterprise technical talent, building global "champion" programs, and authoring Repeatable Reference Architectures within major global partner organizations.
Presales Architect on Twilio.org team partners with sales to qualify opportunities, run technical discovery, design architectures, deliver demos and POCs, and guide public sector/non-profit customers on using Twilio communications APIs and products.
