Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Architecture, Strategy, and Champion Building
- Own the overarching technical relationship with top-tier global and regional partners, including service providers (SPs) and managed service providers (MSPs).
- Align with partners on repeatable global go-to-market strategies and enable enterprise architects to scale secure, resilient architectures using the Cloudflare platform, with emphasis on Cloudflare One and AI.
- Own end-to-end Technical Account Plans for assigned strategic global system integrators and service providers.
- Map partner business initiatives to technical execution milestones and Cloudflare One and AI adoption targets.
- Identify and cultivate executive technical advocates, practice leads, and champions within partner organizations.
- Enable partners to deliver professional services around Zero Trust and AI application security.
- Drive partner-influenced opportunities through repeatable reference architectures, legacy network migrations to Cloudflare One, and secure AI integrations.
- Support technical validation, proofs of concept, demonstrations, pipeline generation, and acceleration for complex global deals.
- Facilitate strategic technical account planning and solution architecture sessions for named partners and high-value opportunities.
Post-Sales Architecture and Services Delivery
- Own the accelerated services delivery partner journey at the regional and global level.
- Build, co-develop, and publish joint services catalogs and repeatable offerings with global partners.
- Accelerate partner-managed Cloudflare services, managed Cloudflare One SASE offerings, and enterprise AI security assessments.
- Enable global system integrators and service providers to embed Cloudflare One and Workers AI into managed security portfolios and enterprise offerings.
- Serve as the escalated principal technical contact for long-term architectural health across global deployments.
- Use telemetry and proactive design to improve Cloudflare One and AI deployments.
Automation and Continuous Innovation
- Champion Cloudflare OS and AI tools, including Agent PAT and Agent Echo, to automate repeatable technical tasks.
- Engage partner champions and practice leads through the Partner Technical Advisory Council to provide product feedback and support co-innovation.
- Participate in cross-training and steering programs covering pre-sales scoping and post-sales service deployment across the Cloudflare One and AI ecosystem.
Requirements
- 15+ years of technical, partner-facing experience, such as enterprise solutions architecture, principal systems engineering, or technical account leadership.
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
- Proven experience directly managing global system integrators or major service providers.
- Deep architectural expertise in Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
- Hands-on familiarity with global AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise technical talent, build global champion programs, and author repeatable reference architectures.
