Partner Manager, EMEA
The Partner Manager will grow Webflow’s EMEA agency ecosystem through partner acquisition, co-selling, business development, and revenue-generating programs. The role requires at least four years of partner management experience, strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills, and preferably professional fluency in French.

Responsibilities
- Define the structure of the Webflow partner ecosystem within key EMEA regions.
- Build acquisition and business development strategies to grow the partner program.
- Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and features.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new partners aligned with the Ideal Sales Partner Profile, including:
- Agencies serving clients aligned with Webflow’s ideal customer profile.
- Full-stack agencies with complete delivery lifecycle capabilities.
- Strategic advisors influencing client technology selection.
- Agencies with dedicated marketing and sales capabilities.
- Agencies experienced with SaaS enterprise partnerships such as Optimizely and Contentful.
- Agencies working on projects with a minimum size of approximately $50,000.
- Lead objectives for partner acquisition, co-sell opportunity generation, and revenue.
- Build long-term collaborations and drive partner account adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Generate partner-sourced opportunities and pipeline for the sales-led team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner management, with KPIs related to partner-sourced pipeline.
- Experience with partner marketing, partner programs, and/or business development.
- Experience driving partner expansion in France, Southern Europe, or other high-opportunity EMEA markets.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balance partner needs with internal priorities, and maintain momentum toward shared objectives.
- Professional fluency in French is highly preferred.
- Data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities and addressing partner performance issues.
- Structured autonomy and proactive portfolio management.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify mutual revenue opportunities.
- Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies.

- Cash compensation varies based on the geographic labor market. For sales roles, the range represents on-target earnings, including target commissions and annual base salary.
