Enterprise Account Executive focuses on closing new business and expanding with large 2,500+ employee companies in data/analytics space. Requires proven track record in technical software sales, stakeholder management, and basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Build new pipeline and drive revenue within assigned territory
- Deeply understand customers' business challenges and position Hex as the solution
- Partner with Sales Engineering to run discovery, demos, POCs, and technical reviews
- Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals while meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Provide input to engineering, product management, and marketing
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts
Requirements
- Proven track record selling technical software in data, DS/ML, or analytics space
- Understand and teach complex technical concepts
- Speak confidently about challenges data practitioners face
- Passionate/curious about data & analytics space
- Manage large, complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to learn basic SQL
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Love giving/receiving feedback
- Located in SF, NYC, or Boston metro areas
Compensation
- On-target-earnings (OTE): $320,000
