Product Marketing Manager
Develops and executes go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and assets for AI-native enterprise software. Requires 4+ years in B2B product marketing, strong communication, and understanding of generative/agentic AI.

Responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features
- Create and maintain core product messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and competitive differentiators.
- Build assets around product features, including release notes, in-product updates, newsletters, and website content
- Manage customer references, case studies, and proof-of-value content
- Develop internal and external enablement materials such as one-pagers, decks, FAQs, and product briefs.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and growth teams to ensure alignment between product development, customer needs, and market messaging.
- Track feature adoption, customer engagement, and feedback to inform future launches and positioning.
- Support field and partner teams with content that drives understanding and usage of new capabilities.
- Ensure product storytelling is consistent across all channels, reflecting HappyRobot’s brand voice and strategic goals.
Must Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and craft persuasive messaging.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, in B2B tech, at a startup, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and how to position technical products for business audiences.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts including generative AI and agentic AI.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, sales, and growth teams to drive alignment and adoption.
- Extreme ownership and organization, with a proven ability to manage multiple launches and cross-functional priorities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.
- Comfort with data and performance tracking to measure adoption, engagement, and campaign impact.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and asset creation.

- Background in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software industries.
- Comfort creating visual assets or collaborating closely with design to elevate product storytelling.
