Product Operations Senior Analyst, Health Benefits
Drives operational excellence for Health Benefits carrier integrations by coordinating Product, Engineering, partners, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Health Benefits integrations within Rippling.
- Lead new Health Benefits carrier integration implementations and accelerate documentation for future team members.
- Participate in daily stand-ups with engineering, operations, and product teams to provide updates, address blockers, and coordinate efforts.
- Engage Sales, PSMs, AMs, TAMs, Operations, Support, and customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and define requirements for tool features supporting new Health Benefits integrations.
- Meet with partners during project inception to gather feedback and inform process design for seamless launches.
- Design the playbook for onboarding new Health Benefits carriers into Rippling.
- Review and contribute to documentation for internal tools and implementation processes.
- Build a comprehensive implementation process SOP in coordination with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in Operations or Implementation, ideally within a high-growth US-based SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Ability to navigate high-pressure client scenarios with a calm, solution-focused, and professional approach.
- Experience using data and standard practices to identify root causes and determine effective paths to resolution.
- Ability to work independently with external carriers and internal stakeholders, primarily Product and Engineering.
- Advanced communication skills, including the ability to explain technical insurance language to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and execution.
- Strong research and process-building or process-improvement skills.
