Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for digital assets trading and brokerage infrastructure
- Manage processes supporting stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, and fixed income products
- Drive operational excellence across 24/5 trading capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, trading, and brokerage teams to scale infrastructure
- Ensure compliance and operational efficiency for institutional clients
Requirements
- Experience in brokerage or financial services operations
- Strong understanding of digital assets and crypto markets
- Proven track record in operational leadership roles
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in self-clearing broker-dealer environments
- Experience with API-driven financial infrastructure
