Campus Coordinator, Technical Recruiting - EMEA

Coordinates high-volume recruiting operations for technical interns and early-career hires in EMEA, managing interviews, offers, onboarding, events, and ATS data. The role requires at least one year of relevant recruiting, HR coordination, scheduling, or event-planning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organize all facets of candidate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, managing communication workflows, sending offer letters, and managing onboarding tasks at high volume during peak recruiting season.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the intern program, including travel, onboarding, recruiter meetings, manager feedback, and conversion offers.
  • Manage job openings and job posts in the applicant tracking system, ensuring externally publicized information is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Partner with the Global Intern Program Manager to plan and execute intern events, working with external vendors for offsite events and internal Office Operations and IT teams for onsite activities.
  • Support training for new interviewers to scale interview panels.
  • Assist with interviewer capacity planning to support an efficient hiring process.
  • Partner with internal and cross-functional team members to improve processes.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships with recruiters, people business partners, people coordinators, and hiring managers through proactive communication.
  • Support onboarding of new team members, deliver informative sessions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Take on additional projects based on business needs and contributions.
