Senior District Manager, Enterprise Acquisition
Leads and develops an enterprise acquisition sales team, coaching account executives through complex technical, commercial, and legal sales cycles. The role requires 10+ years selling cloud or enterprise software, 2+ years managing sales teams, and experience engaging senior technology executives.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers.
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners.
- Influence go-to-market strategy for venture-backed and high-growth startups.
- Develop a team culture around Snowflake’s core values.
- Sell an industry-changing, market-defining product.
- Enable, coach, develop, and motivate an enterprise sales team.
- Plan and develop territories strategically and effectively.
- Coach account executives on creating urgency, maintaining deal control, and navigating complex commercial and legal negotiations.
- Guide teams in targeting and pursuing ideal customer profile opportunities through complex sales cycles.
- Work with sales engineering managers and customers to assess existing software environments, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations that drive new-logo acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
- 2+ years managing sales teams.
- 2+ years guiding account executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations.
- Experience selling to CEOs, CTOs, and heads of product, engineering, or data science.
- Proven record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role.
- Ability to understand Snowflake’s product and guide complex technical evaluations.
- Ability to coach teams on opportunity targeting, complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and feedback skills.
- Customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $170,000–$223,125.
