Responsibilities
Build and lead the eComm marketing organization from the ground up, managing a team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts.
Execute and manage complex campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, and Affiliates.
Own the full customer lifecycle including email, SMS, and abandoned cart recovery.
Manage designers for high-volume production of video and static imagery, feeding performance data back to optimize creative.
Build and manage analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and advanced statistical models.
Integrate AI into end-to-end marketing operations for efficiency and innovation.
Own demand generation analytics and activation campaigns to drive new customer revenue.
Partner cross-functionally in a flat organization to bring new ideas forward.
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience with heavy focus on DTC or e-commerce.
Proven experience in AI-driven marketing operations.
Deep experience with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods; ability to use advanced modeling.
Recent (within last 3 years) hands-on experience executing campaigns in ad platforms and marketing automation tools.
Proven ability to work independently and create new paths.
Strong communication skills at team and executive levels.
