About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Suno’s internal communications strategy, building company-wide and tailored approaches for the C-suite and their organizations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, helping leaders communicate with clarity, especially during growth, change, and ambiguity.
  • Design and scale moments that shape company culture, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and key internal touchpoints that foster creativity and trust.
  • Create an innovative employer brand program that attracts exceptional talent and supports business and hiring goals.
  • Produce compelling, multi-channel storytelling across owned content, events, partnerships, earned media, and digital channels.
  • Partner closely with People, Talent and HRBPs to articulate organizational changes thoughtfully.
  • Establish feedback loops and measurement systems to evolve communications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas, formats, and tools (including AI).

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in internal communications, ideally in high-growth or scaling tech environments.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling instincts to make complex ideas clear, compelling, and memorable.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior executives, with judgment and presence to influence at the highest levels.
  • Builder mindset: excited by 0→1 work with track record of creating programs, systems, and narratives from scratch.
  • Fluency across communications formats: short-form content, live programming, executive talking points, and internal memos.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of how people consume information across channels.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining high standards.
  • Curiosity about people and culture.
