About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the commercial pipeline through direct outreach, market and company research, or channel-building experiments.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy by testing outbound scripts, refining messaging, segmenting the market, and designing experiments.
  • Support sales ops with research, collateral, processes, and operations for the GTM stack.
  • Grow into an AE role by conducting discovery, qualification, and eventually closing deals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Technical fluency to understand and communicate technical products.
  • Scrappy, sharp, fast-moving mindset for solving open-ended problems.
  • Resilient, persistent, with strong communication instincts.
  • Builder's mindset to create repeatable systems.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with sales & GTM tools: HubSpot, Common Room, Clay, Apollo, n8n, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to heavy industry domains: aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, manufacturing.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or in growth-stage B2B SaaS teams.
  • Quota-carrying SDR role experience.
  • Background or degree in engineering or technical field.

Compensation

Base pay range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
