Product Operations Manager
Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to design processes, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows that scale product development and execution at a high-growth AI startup.
The Product Operations and Strategy Manager will help scale the product organization by improving processes, driving cross-functional workstreams, and contributing to forward-looking strategy. This role involves execution and strategic planning, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional partners.
Abridge is growing rapidly and we're building out the Product Operations and Strategy team to help our product organization scale with excellence. Your time will be split between execution (fixing systems that no longer scale, running cross-functional workstreams end-to-end, keeping the team shipping with speed) and forward-looking strategy (helping product leadership see around corners, forming a point of view on what new bets we should be pursuing). You will flex across both, and the exact split will shift by quarter as the team's needs change. Day-to-day, you’ll be embedded within our Builders org and act as a key operating partner to product leadership, while working closely with cross-functional partners across Partner Experience, Commercial, and Finance.
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Product Operations & Strategy, this is a hands-on, high-impact role for a high-EQ, structured thinker with GSD energy who loves building the operating system of a world-class product org.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days weekly in our San Francisco office. Please only apply if you are able to commit to this model and/or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
Below is a representative sample of current priorities. Expect them to shift quarter to quarter as the team scales.
