What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience, ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, including experience building data-intensive applications.
- Strong product intuition: translate customer needs and feedback into sound technical decisions, and know when to move fast versus invest in robust architecture.
- Proven ability to break ambiguous, complex problems into concrete milestones and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
- Technical leadership: influence design decisions across the team, mentor other engineers, and bring people along through clear reasoning.
- Execution-driven mindset: thrive in fast-paced environments and ship thoughtful solutions without overengineering.
- Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company, especially during a period of rapid growth or platform expansion.
Compensation
Targeted cash compensation for this role (P4): $195,500 - $264,500
