Sales Development Representative, Outbound - Nordic
The Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify customers and channel partners for the Nordic market, manage outbound campaigns, and build pipeline for Account Executives. The role requires prior sales or business development experience and is based in Dublin with three onsite days per week.

- Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Use strategic, thoughtful outbound messaging to reach upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.
