Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end first-line IT support to 300+ employees through Jira, Slack, and in-person interactions.
- Own issues from intake through resolution, investigate root causes, and deliver reliable solutions.
- Support the hire-to-retire lifecycle, including system setup, hardware provisioning, and live onboarding.
- Manage the Okta SSO environment, including security groups and SAML integrations.
- Help maintain office networks, conferencing systems, AV technology, and desk technologies in New York and San Francisco.
- Improve IT service delivery, usability, automation, reliability, and scalability.
- Partner with People Ops, Workplace, Engineering, Sales, Recruiting, and Security on IT systems and SOC 2 compliance.
- Triage competing priorities by severity and urgency and work toward service-level targets for satisfaction, ticket response, and closure rates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of end-to-end IT support experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Predominantly macOS experience, with some Windows experience.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS IT systems, including Jamf, Google Workspace, Okta, and Intune.
- Advanced experience managing Okta SAML identity-provider environments, including Zero Trust, Device Trust, and certificate-based identity management.
- Experience with IT helpdesk systems; Jira Service Management preferred.
- Experience improving helpdesk usability and automation.
- Experience deploying and maintaining conference room systems, networking, and desk technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, prioritization, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Understanding of workplace AI risks and opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Apple Certified Support Professional certification or equivalent.
- Okta Certified Professional certification.
- Endpoint vulnerability detection and remediation experience, including EDR or CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Experience responding to evidence-collection requests for SOC 2 Type II or similar compliance frameworks.

- Base salary: $133,000–$165,000 annually.
