Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and generate new and expansion business opportunities.
- Engage qualified leads, meet strategic goals, and enable the next step in the sales cycle.
- Qualify opportunities through consultative conversations, understand business challenges, and communicate product value.
- Research target accounts to identify key contacts and relevant account information.
- Identify strategic prospects to accelerate territory growth.
- Engage prospects identified through marketing efforts.
- Use prospecting platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Develop campaigns and events based on customer challenges to drive engagement.
- Build strong customer service relationships with prospects.
- Audit activity for accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Learn the company’s products, competitive products, and market knowledge.
- Maintain accurate lead status and prospect interactions in the CRM daily.
- Support recruiting by identifying prospective talent.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience qualifying leads across organizational levels is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills.
