Own strategic enterprise sales across the San Francisco Bay Area, developing territory demand, managing opportunities from lead generation through close, and selling security and observability solutions to Fortune-level customers. Requires 7+ years of strategic security sales experience and a record of landing seven-figure deals.

Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
- Manage the full sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
- Articulate the value proposition across customer organizations, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Forecast predictably and achieve sales targets.
- Create demand within a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
- Work through a channel-led sales motion.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling to Fortune-level organizations and security and IT stakeholders, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Experience with SIEM and observability sales.
- Experience at an earlier-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Proven track record of landing and expanding seven-figure deals.
- Success selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
- Experience with channel-led sales motions.
- Ability to create territory demand and sell unbudgeted solutions.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC.
- Candidates must live locally in the San Francisco Bay Area and have a track record of successfully selling into the region.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$165,000 USD.
- Eligible sales employees may earn incentive compensation through commissions.
