Responsibilities
- Execute market-specific provider network strategies in partnership with Account Directors.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve network performance and scalability.
- Coordinate readiness across implementation, operations, product, and account management teams for network launches and ongoing adoption.
- Maintain standardized workflows, checklists, playbooks, and documentation.
- Manage contracting for new Hub & Spoke partners.
- Translate partner workflows into system configurations and ensure go-live readiness.
- Identify high-potential referral hubs and support partner engagement.
- Develop tools, templates, and enablement materials for internal and external teams.
- Surface risks, troubleshoot delays, and support successful activation and utilization.
- Implement process improvements to increase onboarding efficiency, reduce activation timelines, and improve provider adoption.
- Explore AI-supported tools and automation to streamline workflows.
- Manage multiple statewide network builds and produce readiness and performance reporting.
- Travel periodically for work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare network operations, including network development, strategic growth initiatives, and provider contracting.
- Experience creating network build playbooks and process workflows.
- Experience with implementation lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
- Comfort with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting.
- Ability to use or learn AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity in designing solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with minimal distractions.
